Payments - how it works with us

A 30% deposit is required upfront to confirm your booking, with the remaining 70% balance outstanding and payable on completion.

The outstanding balance is due once the work has been completed and you are happy with the work carried out. We will notify you by email when the final balance is due, according to our terms and conditions, which every client receives with the quote and scope of work.

We accept payment by card through NatWest via TYL. Payment can be made in person, over the phone, or via GoCardless using a secure payment link. Bank transfer is still an option for clients who prefer it.

All payments are processed securely because we do not operate with cash under any circumstances.
